Hello there, Looks like an amazing board. I am 6.3 tall between beginner and intermediate level would and 8.0 be a good lenght for me? Planning to surf small to medium sized waves.

these look sick, Im trying to get one but I dont know what size to get. I want a Short one but am undecided on the 5'0 and the 5'6. Im about 80kg 6ft so im leaning towards the 5'6. Whats your opinion on that?

Hi Buddy, depends on what sorta waves your gonna be surfing but I would the 5'6 is pretty small. We only start at a 6ft model as for what the boards designed for this is really as small as we think anyone would want to go.

It looks amazing . Is there less chance of a soft top breaking over a epoxy or fibre glass?

Really depends on what you mean by break? Softboards can be as strong in terms of structure as hardboards but all constructions are slightly different. In terms of dings and dents and knocks Softboards by nature can last longer as they are more designed to be smashed around and therefore damage a lot less. However with the ability to be beaten up more you obviously loose the performance edge that a solid board brings.

@@shore I guess soft tops would have less chance of the nose breaking off. I'm 101 kg would the 6'6 or under carry my wieght. I like the idea that I could at least fit it in the car and it might carry my wieght without having to buy a mal or something 7ft and over. Whats you're opion on this? Thanks

They are really hard to break, some people I know have done it but on cheap ones after like 3 years. Tbh if you look after it at home and don’t drop it and only use it in surf it will last like 5 years before becoming way too soggy to ride properly

Hi Bon we wish we could get some clips of the board being used but we don't get that consistent surf and a good surfer can make surfing a door look good. I think in the soft top space clips of the board being ridden really don't show a huge amount just that someone rips haha.

@@shore It's very clear to me the riding / style distinctions different shapes have,…. which is shown by surfing them. One can inference from appearances of a shape, but, it's more clear in the water. Come on, if you're really aware and keen, you can see the differences of riding a door, riding different surboard models, riding a skimboard,…. ya know...
