@@G1nSan3 How is that an excuse? That's literally the answer. All early route mons have low BST. That is how Pokemon is designed. It is done this way to balance the game's difficulty. You also have to factor in the fact that it evolves extremely early, mons that evolve early are also given low BST as well. We're lucky that Luxray is even as good as it is tbh.

I honestly like the concept of an electric type Jump Kick. Electric is a type that has been starving for physical moves and Supercell Slam fits right into the idea of electric types being fast, hard hitters with an inherent risk. ..oh wait, Luxray has 70 base speed? but my point still stands, Supercell Slam is a decent addition to the arsenal of electric moves.

i was reading this ability on pokemondb a few days ago. i thought that if a pokemon was burnt, it would just stay at 0 decrease/increase in it's attack stat. now i'm just thinking it takes away burn's attack decrease and you also get 50% increase. is that right? *Guts raises the ability-bearer's Attack by 50% when inflicted by a major status ailment (poison, burn, paralysis, freeze or sleep). If burnt, the Pokémon does not suffer the usual drop in Attack.* does that not sound like there's no benefits given when burnt?
