Just as a reminder. Although emotional trauma is very very real. Please don't use trauma too easy. It is a disorder that comes into being when seeing or experiencing severe violence, death or by being in a life-threatening situation. Although I am sure she is heartbroken and experiences a lot of grieve. I do doubt whether or not she is really traumatized (and in that sense needs EMDR or another trauma-related therapy).

But I assure you that dealing with trauma that gives you nightmares and flashbacks is a different thing. Not saying that it makes the situation of Kris not really sad and hard. I agree with you that this must be very heavy to go through. I am just saying it is good to keep emotionally heavy and sad situations and trauma apart as they really do differ in experience, consequences and treatment.. also, no need to become unkind :) We dont need to be 'aggressive' towards each other if we don't agree 💛
