I am trying to locate a source for the "poly" washers/separators that go between the bearings, and the "C" clip bearing locators. There is one between the front and rear bearings and "C" clips. Any ideas?

How about next time you actually go through the steps to take the pump apart?

If you go to our youtube channel poolandspamoose, we have over 100 videos there. We do have many videos more detailed than this one, where you can see how to take the pump apart. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

my motor is SOOOOOO much louder than that...seized, replaced the capacitor and it turns now. also has a brand new mech seal, just because i was in the mood. seems like its not an air problem. I thought bearings next, but like i said....way louder than your video. You cant hear yourself think next to it. Also just to rule out cavitation, i clear all debris out of the impeller.

Hard to say exactly without seeing it - but definitely sounds like you need new bearings. It also may need new windings too. They could be rusted inside, which would cause the sounds you describe. You may want to take your motor to a pump shop to check it out for you. Could be fixable, but it may just be worth it to get a new motor if it's that bad.
