Councilmember Blumenfield was elected to the Los Angeles City Council in March 2013 and re-elected twice in 2017 and 2022. He represents the 3rd Council District, which spans the northwest portion of Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley, including the communities of Canoga Park, Reseda, Tarzana, Winnetka, and Woodland Hills. He will discuss the exciting development for the West Valley, the City's fiscal situation, our response to the homelessness and housing crisis, public safety, rising anti-semitism and City's efforts to protect the Jewish Community, and any other City issues people would like to raise.
