Everyone assumes Radio isn't widely used anymore but consider every car has a Radio. The following careers use Radio: Emergency Services, Military, Truckers, Coastguard, Pilots, ect. Also you'd be surprised how many conspiracy theorists use home Radios 😂

I interpreted it as because Alistar is the radio demon he's more powerful because radio waves are a fundamental part of how TVs function.

Vox is obsessed with the newest technology. You BET he is equipped with Bluetooth. Bluetooth allows for smart devices to control each other _via radio signals._ Vox has a way for Alastor to _sieze control of him at any moment_ built _directly into his head._

They are equals and vox is canonically more powerful, but alastor has more experience and less hot-headed. Overall they are on equal footing, but I actually like your theory a lot lol

Vox and Alastor both have selfish intentions for their own goals, but the main difference is Vox is acting out of bitterness and spite towards Alastor rejecting his offer to join him. Alastor on the other hand just has a distaste for TV in general so he has no interest other than putting Vox back down a peg.

I feel like it's not just tv, i feel like it's any modern technology when Vox's entire job is modern technology (phones, cameras, etc.). A good example is when he gave Vaggie an old fashioned camera rather than a video camera

@@atozatinyyea, that's fair. I feel like it's because of his job (mainly his way of spreading news) that Alastor feels the way he does and that vox just so happens to be a T.V., that maybe he feels like it cheapens and gets in the way of his radio show

There are huge implications that both of them were friends before, so I honestly feel like a huge part of alastor’s distaste for tvs and cameras actually came from him disliking vox, who is directly related to all this technology

Alastor and Vox have an interesting dynamic, they both hate one another. We'll, it's more like Vox just hates him and Alastor doesn't particularly care, but can't let him run his mouth. He also has a distain for any kind of technology that came out after he died, so television, phones and computers and other tech like that. And, yk, they're TV and radio so it's kinda funny. Alastor is stronger than Vox by a mile, but they, alongside Velvette and Valentino are overlords so they're all pretty strong and hold some kind of influence on the public in hell.

I love this show! If you guys like this show you might be interested in Good Omens. It's sorta in this universe but it has David Tennant and Michael Sheen in it. It's the apocalypse but funny lol

Can I just say, when Alastor blinks here 10:38, it sounds almost identical to the Slack notification sound, and it makes me anxious everytime and I hate it lol

Both are awful in their own respective ways, but I am more inclined to root for Alastor because Vox does some....really, REALLY shady stuff like openly supporting and helping his little friend Val with his own....business, that is all I'll say.
