This whole video made me feel like the first time I went to a drum set camp. I had always been the one serious drum set player in a big school of drumline kids. And the first time i was in a room full of Drummers it was like I found my people. Haze is so freaking happy! It makes me happy! Dang, who knew a drumset run down video could make you a fan of a drummer lol

I miss the days of picking up an issue of modern drummer at the local store. I also miss the subscription that used to come to my mailbox. I used to be able to read it on the bus, backstage, or whenever I wanted to. Now they say oh just get a digital subscription. Fine and dandy if you have cell signal and battery life. There is something to be said about the tangible.

I’ve seen Nas (GOAT) quite a few times in the last years. I didn’t think of it at the time, but I can’t recall a ride being in used in the gig last year! Not something you see everyday 😂
