INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites
1/2 cup maple syrup
200g hazelnut meal
1 tsp Vanilla
Bake for 50min at slow oven 150c

Made these yesterday and they were simple and delicious - I even ground the nuts! Thanks for these lovely recipes and the way you present them Janine, easy to follow with ingredients that suit the way I prefer to eat. I'm really enjoying watching them and making a few goodies so far. Great video work too Dean by the way!

Don't you just love how simple and delicious they are? i find with just egg whites it makes them much lighter.

I tried it today. It tastes good. I like it, but it is a little sweet for me. I will use less maple syrup next time.

Yes, the beauty of these recipes is that you can adjust those less vital ingredients for your own taste buds. The other thing you could do is make them sugar free and use erythritol as a sustitute to make them a keto version
