This is an awesome idea! I just bought 8 "hazelbert" trees(which is a hazel nut hybrid tree) to plant this spring and often wondered what I will do with all the nuts once the trees establish. This I will definitely try! Sounds like the milk will be amazing!

@@LovinofftheLand Great idea! I've been looking into getting a small kitchen friendly chocolate refiner, which grinds and conches the chocolate, (I'm a complete chocaholic but knowing how ethical the tastiest chocolate and truffles are seems to be really hard). Either way apparently chocolate refiner's are also really good at making nut butter too. I wonder if they'd grind dry things like wheat or dried nuts too... By the way- one of your videos had some slightly sad looking tomatoes which I was going to comment on, but as I was a bit late to the party I figured they'd pop up again on a more recent video and they haven't. A really good tip to protect them from blight is to spray them with a mixture (1/4 of a dispersible aspirin tablet/litre of water) every couple of weeks, especially when they're young (aspirin comes from the willow family so there may be a tea or something you can concoct this year too but I'm not sure). This also helps other nightshade plants. If plants generally have mould, a whole head of garlic/litre maybe with a little bit of soap mixed in as well sprayed on is miraculously effective (smells a lot of garlic until it rains).

It looks like you have some great blenders. I saw you used a different one to grind stevia leaf in that video. It would be very helpful if you could do a video about your kitchen equipment, including even the nut milk cloth you used here, what brands they are and where you bought them. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
