Alright alright so the Alchemist, in the description, says that they harness the powers of science and magic, therefore the alchemist uses science to make the brews, and magic to make them apply instantly. As for middle path science until t4 and t5, where it's literally shoots plasma. Bottom path calls back to the true intent of alchemy: Turning objects into gold. This is purely magic from T3 since it is not scientifically possible however it is scientific in nature.

Homeland defense does not synergize with the spike storm ability. That interaction was removed several updates ago. The only attack speed boost that affects the spikestorm ability is the initial 4x temporary boost given by the bottom path "smart spikes" on the tower, and only at the start of each round. Everything else does absolutely nothing for the ability. Hope this helps!

I think a 4-X-X sub would count as well. Technically it would be the radiation killing the bloons, not the sub itself as it doesn't shoot any projectiles. If the bottom tier sub ability for the BAD at the end counts, a 4-X-X sub should count as well

It produces radiation, that radiation kills the bloons. That's no different from how other towers produce things that pop bloons, especially since the radiation is intended to pop bloons, even adding to the subs pop count. That's like saying the dart monkey didn't pop the bloon, the dart did. Realistically none of these things should count since these all do damage. It should've just been renamed to "all damage with abilities" challenge, not no damage because that's not only a lie but also clickbait.

To Shower Thoughts: it is officially confirmed by BTB2 Tack animation that there is a monkey inside it, which must actually be the one receiving the alch buff. Is suppose it's the same with Spactory, maybe there's even several monkeys (since, you know, factory)

Alc can buff Monkeyless Towers like Spike or Tack because they actualy NOT monkeyless. There's 1 Monkey inside operating them, as revealed in BTDB2.
