Need more EMA! and I could get some ATC for you as well - I could record the women who always gets everything wrong if you know who I am on about! The '+100' rather than 'Approaching minimums' is something which identifies the airline as well.

10mintwo there is a water repellant that goes on your windscreen and just allows water to bounce straight off but it's expensive and is harmful to the environment thus isn't used much these days.
