I Played through the first time because i couldnt even read at the time. and when i didnt get a new sword in midgar i thought you were forced to play through with the buster sword. same thing happened later when i played KH2. couldnt equip a different keyblade when i first got one, since it gets equiped to the Valor form automatically. i then thought i could only switch form keyblades..... i wasnt very smart. Learning about the history and the story of the Kingdom Key and the Buster Sword when i got older it felt so right though

Where they had it injected while they were still embryos. The Mako infusion wasn't an entire lie, they ARE infused with Mako, it's just also got a little bit of Jenova too.

I think square enix does recognize this song tho. But I also think that Why by Ayaka works better for the ending credits for Crisis Core. Spoilers for FF7 Rebirth In the Zack and Cloud section, their synergy move is called Together As One. (Church Zack, not the first encounter) I could just be looking way too far into that, but I want to believe its a homeage to this vocalized version.

Getting ready to play FF VII remaster I got on ps+. Thinking back, I have to say Crisis Core was a fantastic game. It could have been a quick cash grab to capitalize on ff vii’s success, but instead it was extremely meaningful, maybe even more so that ff vii. One of these days, I might get the dust out of my psp and play it again. I’m afraid it won’t hit me the same now that I’m older and I’ve lost all my emotions, but who knows, it may kick something lose...
