It works for the most part, but it's not perfect. Occasionally my devices will lose signal or not sync properly, so I have to reboot the device to get it working again. This happens about 2 to 3 times a month, so it's not happening all of the time, but just enough to have me annoyed. @@bobbytwokills4870

Grate video! I'm buying this to switch between 120hz gaming directly to the LG G2. And switch for movies through the philips hue hdmi switch with ambient lights strip. (Philips should really make a 120hz model!)

I don't want to buy a new AVR. Could I use this to go from a single 4K HDMI (ARC enabled) output on my current AVR to create a dual output going to either a 4K TV or a 4K projector (both with ARC)? I would only watch one or the other at a time. i.e, how to output to a 4K TV or a 4K short throw projector without swapping cables all the time when the AVR is 1 HDMI (ARC) out.

I am building a setup with a ps5, a 4k60hz tv and a 4k120hz projector. In my room I will or use the tv with the ps5 or the projector. This hardware looks like does what I need, with a touch of a button I can change my ps5, nintendo switch and fire tv beetween the projector and the tv keeping the best quality. And in this case I could put a doubly atmos home theatherand use with both. Am I correct? Thanks for the video

Can I pass hdmi audio with Dolby Atmos and DTS x to my LG sound bar while simultaneously passing video to my LG C1? It’s my understanding that these audio formats need eARC to be lossless and that ARC is insufficient. Sorry for not including this in my last question.

i bought this today and it is outputting my PS5 to my 120hz monitor and my 120hz oled and also VRR on both but when i use it in splitter mode like this they screen will go black on both outputs then come back on ,,, little later it does the same thing.. any idea why this is happening? is it because i overclocked one monitor to 1440? or maybe its defective.

Do both outputs need to display the same resolution? My TV supports 4k but the amplituner (to which the video capture is currently connected) only uses 1080p. Does the second output have downscaling capability?

I purchased one of these FERRISA 4x2 HDMI Matrix Switch,4 in 2 Out Matrix HDMI Video Switcher W/ Remote .All the devices show a image on the screen except for my DISH receiver. I see a image from DISH receiver but no sound. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Weird, I do not know what would cause that. I wonder if it could be an audio setting on the DISH? Not really sure sorry.

@@metagamers I changed then port the DISH receiver in to another and the sound works. Plugged in my LG DVD player to the port that DISH doesn’t like. Now my question can the FERRISA be left on all the time I do not see a power button the remote controller or the FERRISA itself.

From what I could find it seems that in matrix mode output A locks at 4K60 while output B can still do 4K120 or 8K60. Only in splitter mode do both outputs do 4K120

If you switch the PS5 to the port the Xbox is plugged into will it work? If you plug the Xbox into the PS5 port (that was not working) does it work? Idea here is to see if you have a faulty hdmi port on the device.

You will be able to play at whatever max resolution and hz that your device supports. So if for example your TV is 1080p you can only play in 1080p, it will not upscale. The matrix tops out at 8k 60hz but supports many resolutions below that such as 4K 120hz, 1080p 120hz, 60hz etc…
