I'm not really looking for super-fast times by Newbury Park. This course is nothing like Woodbridge or Woodward Park up in Fresno. It's a totally different animal. To me it looks like a practice run for the yellow and black. Another set of twins own this hill, brothers from West Covina High who went on to run for Oregon, Diego and Danny Mercado. Diego's record I think still stands at 14:24 on this Mt SAC course.
