We leave the Pads in Death Valley National Park and Lake Manly behind as we travel scenic Highway 160 to Las Vegas. Why not? We haven't traveled it before and seems like a good road.
Our tandem drive axles are really nice so Matt's Off Road Recovery will not be needed in the foreseeable future. Whew!
Headed to Las Vegas is a big gamble because Thousand Trails Las Vegas RV Resort is tight, very tight. Will we fit?
We plan to do something stupid...but if it works out then it will be a very cool and EPIC adventure. We'll find out!
We enjoy the Las Vegas strip for good food, entertaining shows and a vibe/energy which is so unique to this city.
We've come out West to enjoy a nice warm winter season and to experience some first time activities for us. Who knows where the road leads? It's exciting to be able to live this lifestyle so no complaints here.
We are not Snow Birds as we are always traveling nearly every week but we do like nice warm weather and heading west is the best.
We will raise our solar panels and brush them off to power our stay and experience these epic treasures of Mother Nature as we venture on.

RV Camping
We like to "Switch it Up" between resorts and campgrounds and boondocking is always an option.
We draw inspiration from Keep Your Daydream KYD, Less Junk More Journey, Finding Our Someday and Changing Lanes. We normally travel in an HDT similar to KZbin channels Suite Travels and Watts on Wheels. I also get some ideas from the editing style of Happily Ever Hanks (Happilyeverhanks) #thankshanks and believe it or not, I actually learned something from MRBeast Mr Beast video's as well.
Our journey is the destination. We want to share in our experiences in our discovery of What's Next.

We use the TSD card for diesel fuel and save a bundle each time we fill up our Big Rig. We also use it to fill up our Onan generator.

Our Class C is built by Thor Motorcoach on a Ford F550 chassis. It's a production build Magnitude model XG32. We tow our red Jeep Wrangler Sahara behind it. We've made some modifications to it so that we can boondock comfortably. Lithium batteries, Victron 3000w multi-plus inverter, dual alternators charge while traveling and mods to the water system greatly enhance it's boondocking capabilities.
Our extreme completely custom 5th wheel is built on a semi-trailer chassis with air suspension and air brakes. Completely loaded it weighs 42,000 lbs rolling down the highway. And we do roll down the highway nearly every week. You see, we believe that if your home has wheels they should be used.

It's pretty funny. Way back... we had every intention of getting a mattress but couldn't find one we liked and ran out of time. Did this as a stop gap... but really like it. Actually it's super comfy with the foam topper.

Curiosity is getting the best of me. Do you actually scrapbook and the truest sense of the fashion, bullet journal, or art journal. Or are you doing all three. You have so much material I can't imagine deciding what to use and what not to use and and how you have enough room to carry it all. Been there done that with an HDT. Downsizing to a smaller rig sure made sense and a lot less stressful travel for us. A 35 foot class A motorhome pulling our SMART 453 makes our life much much easier. Would never go back to being 65’ long.

We are here in Vegas ending a two week stay -We stay at Sam’s Town KOA on the Boulder HWY -we had an HDT right next to us with smart car and a Full House 5th wheel-We had to move to the Oasis RV Resort and drove our Class A through the strip -However, we were TERRIFIED 🤣 We made it but didn’t enjoy that drive like you did 😂-Nice job ⭐️🚌🇺🇸🎉

Agree about Vegas. I don’t drink smoke or gamble either. But I have to admit when forced to be there, there is an energy that exists. It is in the air. I like you, enjoy the beautiful restaurants and then seeing a show at night. The last visit I was there for a week for a wedding. Every night a dinner was planned and hosted for 60. So it was quite fun, with show tickets for every other night. All hosted. It was a small group of us from all over the US. But I have never been to a week long party like that in my life. All I paid for was hotel and plane ride. So quite the week! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I was at TT in Vegas 3 years ago, I have a large truck camper on a flatbed. I also bought monorail tickets online, went to Sahara like you did, but if you look in your vid, after you are in the garage there is a pole hanging that has 6'8" on it, my truck hit that bar. I was not a liked person when I had to back all the way out of there and the line of people behind me sure let me know. I ended up parking at the Mirage, waaaay in the back in the construction area.

I am with you on the whataburger. It is nostalgic for me. I was about 4 or 5 years old when I ate my first whataburger. Pensacola Florida. If I see a whataburger I have to stop and get one. I live in Georgia now and we don’t have one in Warner Robins. Last one I had was in St.Johns/St Augustine Florida about two years ago. Y’all keep having fun

Wow, you guys are brave we have travel to Vegas in our long bed CC duramax with our Jayco North Point 310RLTS but our is no way longer than your setup, you did a wonderful job and you wasn't stressing awesome job I would never do that if I don't have to. We love Vegas and have been there many times we always stay at Nellis Airforce Base I'm retired military.

It's not on auto-pilot... though sometimes it is when you push the "return to home" button. Flight software let's us know if there's any geo-fencing/restrictions in the area.

Come to Vancouver BC and ride our 2 different "Skytrain" lines serving Surrey and Coquitlam and the Canada Line serving Vancouver, Burnaby and New Westminster. The Skytrain runs on a guideway about 40 feet high in the air, giving very good views of the whole lower mainland, while the Canada Line is underground.

David, it's Heather. We talked in PS. We mentioned TT Birch Bay to you. It is just south of Blaine, WA. It is one of the 3 parks that are assigning a site to match the size of the rv. The new side of the park would accommodate your rig with no problem and then you could use the smartcar to cross the border and tour Vancouver and area.

I felt like I was right there with ya.. and the sigh of relief when you made it (I thought for sure you would have had to go over curb. Nice job!
