The cassette type AC unit comes has it's own cons including leaking and clogging with dust. The farther the distance from the outdoor unit, the less efficient the coolant works. You'll have to weigh the variables. The other has its own issues

I really love this view and architecture but one thing I didn't see is probably if there is a disabled access to all these facilities. In case those factors will be included, I am sure there will be price increases but I think the architect should have factored that. I definitely will build a mansion soon.

That swimming pool is super cheap yet it's infinity pool. Basic looking pools in Kenya cost not less than $17,000. Above would cost $25K - $30k.
