It’s a decent property…. downside is the close proximity to each unit (feel very overlooked), it’s seems overpriced but I assume it’s to do with the location location location ….

In 2021 she spent over $70K to build. She did not count upgrades. However, now in 2024 it’s around about $100K/over

I have fallen in love with A-frames recently. I have started some new designs and have put up my first animation for a simple A-frame sleepout on my channel.

Beautiful but im not sure that building and living in a big luxurious 4 bedroom house is considered spiritual. Spirituality is distance from worldliness and materialism. Its going back to the beginning to realise wisdom and enlightenment

Yes, I’ve been loving your presentations and promotions of home builders in Ghana. You’re doing an awesome job! I would consider a container home or office. I wonder if the home builders only service Ghana or do they offer their service throughout The continent. ❤😊

The problem with Ghana is that they want the diaspora to move there but they don’t really want them to settle there. There is no real immigration policy, path to citizenship for foreigners. They want your money but they don’t want you to compete for jobs like everyone else. It’s like getting a green card and not being allowed to work. So at the end of the day, if all the Ghanaians want is more tourism, then one would understand that more tourists don’t want to own a house in the country they’re visiting. Sadly, this is why many people have moved back to their respective countries.

I've learned tht non-natives can only lease land for max 50 years and the renewal of the lease is not assured. So for sure, two generations could benefit from the investment. Nice interview by very inspiring people.
