That could never happen this location is terrible and has no health and safety standards 90% of this location has no sidewalks and no pavements and open gutters it’s just an area that has a reputation for having the first known fancy houses , if you want to see proper construction and the way road infrastructure should be. Visit Rwanda like I have

@@emilystevens6335 what in the hell foes Vodun have to do with the wealthy greed of some corrupt leaders? Everyone does not practice Vodun. Yes some do. It’s not cool to speak about a African religious faith or practice as Vodun if you know it only from the perspective of say a Holly wood moving or the writings from some European Catholic Church, or ideas about Vodun from some former political aggressive former colonializer.

I think this is a good idea, But just know that you don't fully own it, it's like you paid 46k usd and you only own the unit. They take your money 💰 and they pay you 12-18% after all fees and also your paying someone else to manage the unit. You keep the profits 12-18% annually and they keep 82-88% of the profits annually. It's a small step, but they get the larger piece of the cake.

No, the 12%-18% is the return on your investment (ROI), and not that they split the profit 88/12 with you. In this eg. 12% of 46K is $5,520 after they deduct their management fees let's say 10%. That means the total profit was $6,127.20 and they took 612.72 and you made $5,520 as your net profit, giving you an ROI of 12%/year based on your initial investment of $46,000. Plus you get to use the property a portion of the year per your contract. If you continue to earn 5,520/year you will recoup your investment in 8.3 years. Hope this helps. 12:56

Carlos Tettey, thank you. Hope is a powerful thing. I promise you, I might bitch and complain but really I have faith that I can do this move to Ghana. My real issues are dealing with my health. I am on a 90 Raw vegan lifestyle diet change to stop possible cancer. am also eating only fruit, veggies , green salad, green smoothie, constant water, in between fasting 24 hours and only eating one meal and a half a day. Trying to drop 75 pounds to reverse diabetes two, and stop the growth of a mass on my cervic area. This is what is trying to stress me out. It’s been only 26 days.I am praying, doing meditation , and trying to do deep breathing and yoga watching the tv shows on the subject. With a disabled slip disc herniated bad back. And nerve damage on my back left leg that forced me to walk with a slight limp. I do not want to feel craving for sugar, chocolate, junk food, pizza, ice cream, soda, chicken wings in barque sauce, popcorn, and strawberry short cake with whip cream. No process food, nothing in a can, bag, box, or frozen. This is the hardest think I had to do in my life. No sugar, no salt or at least nothing over 2 grams. I am struggling with , with draws, and not just changing taste buds. But also learning desperately how to prep, cook with herbs, and natural 15 different greens daily While at the same time trying to forgive out how to flip my house because as a disabled person I can’t work. I am spiritually handling my own mental health by using Maat psychology.. So many of my friends have die including family members. Maybe over 23 people in the last 15 years. 7 cousins have breast cancer. My mom and dad both die of cancer. And diabetes is killer off so many church member neighbors and friends. No one said this journey will be easy. My man refuses to change. He drinks 6 colt 45 beers every weekend, smokes a pack of newports every 4 days or so. Does also a little weed. Will not become a vegetarian nor become a vegan, nor become a Pan African thinker, nor read or study and do any kind of research. Nor, move to Ghana or start a business. So I am doing this all on my own.

Ixxiw if it was $46,000 I would jump on it fast. Even take a loan against my property. But I think the price went from $46,000 to $115,000 to $ 228,000. This is out of reach for myself.
