Im thai living in the US liking your interviews. One suggestion I have is that you should ask each interviewee’s opinion what they wish that Thailand change or implement to improve the situations whether for the farangs themselves or for Thailand as a whole.

I started the vid. and was like wow this guy sounds like Chris...then I realized it was Adam. haha beautiful place they have there. great interview adam.

What's great in your interviews Adam, is that you are genuinely interested in people who have their heads on their shoulders and really know what they want, who have thought carefully beforehand about their decision to expatriate to Thailand and not elsewhere. Other KZbinrs dwell more on cases of people who only came here because life is cheaper and the weather is nice, and who often have no desire to interact with Thais. Thanks for this fascinating video into Stu's life and business!

Nice interview, you’re getting very good at this Adam. Just looking at the ice baths scare me, the cold pool after a sauna is enough for me 🥶 🥶🥶
@cwinasia3 ай бұрын
If you’ve already got that experience from the sauna and cold plunge you’ll handle the ice . It’s an amazing experience and they are wonderful teachers. You really should try it .
@BreathInspired3 ай бұрын
Yeah it can be scary. The workshop teach you how to do the ice baths safely and effectively. But like Chris said, if you’re already doing cold plunges, you’ll do fine in the ice bath after some training 🥶

Another great video, Adam. Always entertaining. But, I had to admit, I was thinking... Adam, long pants and tennis shoes, sitting in the sun in Bangkok?? 555. You must really love the heat. I don't think I've worn long pants even once in Thailand. And it is flip flops 99% of the time. Sadly on my upcoming wedding day, long pants and actual shoes will be required of me....

Good video Adam!!!! It's all about fellowship and community, expats moving to Thailand need community, avoiding alcohol and negative people is critical for a successful move to Thailand. We will be visiting Breath Inspirited for sure when we arrive in November

Stu, I encourage you to add healthy eating to your health and wellness business. Shedding deep subcutaneous and visceral fat will not only lead to a healthier body it will help clients avoid diseases that are associated with obesity.

Thank you for the tip 🙏 There’s loads of great nutritionists and fitness coaches in Bangkok. Some of them even come to our workshops. We want to specialise. So we pass clients onto the professionals in diet and exercise.

Sounds like he's doing well & I wish him all the best, never ever thought about setting up a business in Thailand or any place in the world, but I know it's not easy in Thailand, I personally am not convinced that I need to be told how to breath & that dunking myself into a tub of ice is going to benefit my well being, the human body can basically take care of itself to a certain extent, obviously if you have a serious medical condition then you will need professional help......

Thank you, things seem to be going well. Of course, some things resonate with some people, and not with others. The reason we do what we do is that these things help us. Improved our lives. Our goal is to offer it, so others may benefit. But you’re correct, this is not for everyone. Find what works for you 🙏

As a sales guy his constant interjections of “ yeah yeah yeah really show to me he’s not someone who is as good at listening as he is at teaching. Imagine if you were interviewing someone and every time they spoke you would “ yeah yeah yeah” and almost talk over them 😅

Did I see correctly.. does this guy DJ also? I’m sure I saw a controller at some point? 🤷🏻♂️
@BreathInspired3 ай бұрын
Hey. Well spotted. Yeah there’s an Akai controller that I used with Ableton. Now I used the Push 3. I have a background working in the nightclub/music industry. I use ablation + push 3 during the breathwork sessions to guide participants and have synced music/loops to enhance the experience. 🙏
