He CRIED after STRUGGLING with his yard for YEARS

Welcome back to mark mows Mondays!
We are extremely excited to present this full COMPLETELY FREE yard transformation as a celebration of reaching our first milestone, 500 SUBSCRIBERS!
We saw this yard driving away from a finished job and knew we had to find out if we could offer a free service. After talking with the owner, we found out that he was a single parent and when he is not working, spends his time caring for his special needs child. He mentioned that he would love to get his yard cleaned up but it was not within his budget. I said no need to worry, we would clean it up and he wouldn’t have to pay a penny.
In this video we took away a total of 720 kilograms or 1587 pounds of green waste and I got punctured in the back of the hand with a spike shown at the end of the video (nothing gory).

That was a tremendous effort and result but I have a couple of comments. Please don’t leave plants of any sort growing up the siding. It scuffs the paint and allows critters and bugs easy access to the interior. My more important comment (to me) is when single parents use the woe is me excuse for not lifting a finger to do even the minimum yard work. It’s nice he wants to spend time with his kids but yard work is the perfect activity for families to do together. Even little kids can pick up the dead fronds and put them in a pile. Kids grow up nowadays with no sense of responsibility to the family. If you couldn’t tell it kinda infuriates me. When you expect nothing from your kids that’s exactly what you get.
