I’ve been doing meditations everyday sometimes twice a day 1:30-3 hrs a day for the past few months. They have been wonderful! But yesterday, the complete opposite of what I was aiming for happened. lol really tough time. Trying not to be sad, and searching for an elevated emotions… it comes in waves though. Love this beautiful testimonial and the comments of wisdom Dr Joe shares!! And I know I will come to a weeklong next year to say thank you to this amazing community and to just give back! Ever since my beautiful baby daughter was diagnosed with a giant bulla in her left lung I know and understand how difficult is really is for people like him to not believe the doctors and to not accept a diagnosis. It takes so much effort to go a different path! But I also know that we are always beautifully guided when we trust the loving intelligence!
