Excellent, but I have one suggestion....everyone should not have a borehole...maybe four or five homes can share a borehole. Too many bore holes will weaken the earths crust and you may have sink holes.

Please don't lie to the man. Developer don't want to put in the roads first because it cost a lot of money..and they dont want it to eat into their profit. You can built a solid Asphalt road or concrete roads to with stand heavy trucks. Please be honest.

The indentures is very easy to get . it is the registration that is the most difficult. Putting the indenture in the national computer. Why is RKE giving indenture in 5 days and expecting the client to go and register the land themselves or designate RKE to finalize the registration part of the documentation. DOCUMENTATION IS DOCUMENTATION WHY DONT YOU FINISH THE WHOLE THING ?
@RoyalKingdomEstate6 ай бұрын
RKE just as every company is not mandated by any regulatory body to register the lands for clients but we have made provision or arrangements to assist clients with this process and this allows us to fully take over the registration process for a client when that agreement with the company has been established. So in actual sense, we have proposed this because again, we are a one stop shop that prioritises assisting clients throughout the whole real estate service chain. And for some of these solutions or services, clients would have to request them and not because we are mandated to provide them but that option is made available because we want to assist and take the burden off our clients.🤝✨
@tmobiletemp98326 ай бұрын
BUT YOU DIDNT TELL TONY ALL THIS INFORMATION . VERY IMPORTANT. SOMEONE WILL TAKE THE INDENTURE AND THINK THATS IT . HE HAS DOCUMENTS. PLEASE TELL YOUR CLIENT EVERYTHING.

I don't get it, maybe I missed something but why build a home on leased land? A lease is renting, right? A lease does not have to be renewed, right? Would you build a home on leased land in the states? Google "lease" and tell me if I am mistaken. Also, could the drama with Ghana and the U S effective any future negotiations? Help me out, it's pretty and I like the idea of living in another country. Thanks.
@RoyalKingdomEstate6 ай бұрын
The lease is due to the legislative act of Ghana that allows foreigners to own land up to 50years and natives, up to 99years, subject to renewal. So this yes, could be described as a long lease. The interest of owning land forever which is the freehold interest is not patronised any longer because of the law. No, there won’t be any effect from any US and Ghanaian negotiations. The idea of living in another country is brilliant and I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time in Ghana. Try us♥️
@T-Richrich6 ай бұрын
You do only buy leased land in the US because if you don’t pay the annual taxes, they take it lol!!! In Ghana, at the end of the lease, you renew it for admin fees(or is dealing with a chief, some schnapps and a few dollars). If you’re dead, your family can renew. The only way you lose your land in Ghana, is by abandoning it, or not registering it.
