Matt, As the owner and CEO of MOOR, you have set an example for everyone in a similar position. Obviously you care for positive outcomes for your clients that get stuck, you nurture your younger staff and encourage them to grow like you have done with Lizzie, you are involved in the community and do great things for them, then you recognize hard and dedicated work like you did in this video for Tucker. Even though you rarely show anger or frustration (but I’m sure you experience it sometimes) it is not seen on the videos. I admire your management skills and the great team you have built. Don’t be surprised if Forbes or Fortune comes to do an article on you and MOOR. Me wife and I are headed to SLC because she has a cancer check up at Huntsman, then our plan is to see some fellow Rotarians in Arizona. Be on the lookout for a black F-350 and a off road RV trailer with Wyoming Plates stopping by to just say Howdy! Well Done Matt!

You folks do such nice things for each other, even if you're sneaky as hell about it! That is such a kind gesture to solve a real-world problem. With Tucker's obviously growing family, the 4-Runner is a very suitable vehicle.

I love how Tucker really appreciated the Rodeo. That's one hell of a trail truck!

Ah, darn it...I cried a little bit. The vehicle is one thing, but the compassion is priceless. People that will have your back is the greatest thing in the world and it doesn't grow on trees, that's for sure.
