My Uncle who use to work in the Funeral business many years ago had a new co worker who would fondle the female corpse. He was reprimanded and givern a stern lecture about respecting the dead. My friends daughter died in a car accident and we had a beautiful funeral service for her but 10 months later we found out from the police that the morgue guy had been taking naked pictures of the girls that had died on his phone. He was in his twenties and he got caught by a coworker and the police couldn't actually do anything about it and he went free but he did quit his job at least. Sick people with sick minds. This also happened in Memphis a couple of years ago and he was a young man working at one of our local hospitals. The organ donation people and a security guard walked in and caught him red handed. He had taken the lady out of the bag, placed her on the floor and had taken all of his clothes off. There's no telling how many women and children probably he's done that to. I worked with a guy that was very nice to me right from the beginning. He was always polite and never out of line. He had kids about my age. Later, another co-worker pulled me aside and told me that this guy had been caught having sex with a corpse in a funeral home, I guess where he worked. I don't know if it was just a rumor but, I disassociated myself from him after that. 40 years later and I'm still horribly repulsed by the thought of that.

Our local coroner was accused of this very thing as well. He decided to retire instead of fighting it. No criminal charges were filed. His wife ran the local CPS department. They were our neighbors. It happens more often than we would like to know, im sure.

Unfortunately, it's not considered to be rape. Most states have a charge referring to "desecration of human remains", like it's some kind of property damage ( unless, of course, they kill the victim first. )

I read years ago that some famous Hollywood actors /men, commited necrophlia which means having sexual intercourse with a deceased person. It was a funeral director who revealed this information,and said he was too scared to reveal it to the public/ police incase the the actors pressed charges on him.
