This mostly happens when you smoke weed when you are young. Ill explain...this only happens when you don't have a lot of mental control of yourself, if you smoke weed when you are already older and have a lot of mental control like my man here, you might have never experienced a paranoid high. And yeah weed can do that to you, especially if you have a history of other psychedelics since weed increases your metabolism and can cause a minor flashback(especially if on an empty stomach since the body will then burn fat for energy, releasing whatever chemicals are bound to the fat cells.
