Just saying, "over" and "out" are mutually exclusive communication terms. One does not say "I'm done talking so now I'm listening so now I'm getting off the phone"- which is what this phrase sounds like to anyone with a military communications background. It's simply "out" when hanging up, or "over" when you are done talking and its the other persons turn to transmit.

I agree that Rempe was tuned up. I will also note that Rempe was minding his own business before the game, when Olivier skated over to him, to issue the challenge. Mark Martin did the same thing in Rempe's first game. For those who claim Olivier has class, how exactly do you come to that conclusion, based upon HIS pregame challenge? Proving to act like a bully doesn't exude class.
