The BIGGEST thing that has resonated with me on this channel is a clip of you showing Fat Brix when you first started working out saying that you knew the transformation was coming. You could tell you were anxious and maybe frustrated, but you knew a change was going to happen. That shit sticks with me 'cause this is a marathon of consistency, will, and discipline. I just try to WIN THE DAY and go from there. Win each day with diet and exercise and I'll reach my goals! Cheers!!!

Brixx you inspire me. As a truck driver I went from 402 lbs down to 338 by intermittent fasting. My goal was 300 lbs, I missed my goal and now I'm hovering around 370. Honestly I haven't been intermittent fasting in a while so I know that's part of the weight gain again.

I'm a truck driver and I gained weight since I started driving its so hard to lose weight and so easy to gain weight as a truck driver I got some ankle weights and I walk around my truck when loading/unloading and it's made a significant difference consistency is key

I've been obese practically all of my life, I've lost 50lbs in the past and gained it all back and then some. This time I knew I wanted to not just work hard to drop 50lbs+ but I wanted to keep it off for life. This last time that I decided to lose the weight, I lost 70+lbs and kept it off for a long while now. This time I'm still trying to lose an additional 50lbs to be at my target weight, but I NEVER felt so much in control of my eating habits as I am now and I can honestly say that I have new cravings now, I use to crave fast-food all the time and now I crave a nice 500 calorie chicken wrap with some celery sticks, I now can't wait to go to the grocery store to pick up my weekly groceries, it still amazes me how much I've changed and still look forward to becoming the man I always envisioned myself to be. Great video, I love these interviews!

You can do it! Start! Brix is a great resource to keep you moving in the right direction. I also like Coach Greg Doucette, Will Tennyson, and Remington James. Brix is by far my favorite and has helped me more than anyone. Set a goal to start walking, even if it's just 100 steps the first day. Then build on that. You can do it! Fighting!
