I have tried everything. I'm stuck between 62 and 64 kg. My height is 164 sm. I wish to be 58 kg like I was before menopause. Even my endocrinologist can't help ...😢

I'm not in menopause yet, but have you tracked at all? I tracked for a week in July, and found out I was only eating 500-800 calories a day because I don't really get hungry until I'm light headed and dizzy because my blood sugar is dropping. I looked up how many calories I should be eating to lose 2 lb per week, and it said 1900 or so. I pushed to get close to that for a few weeks and lost 4.4 pounds the first week. And several pounds each the next couple. Im doing a program now that says I should eat a max of 1400 calories and I have slowed way down on my weight loss. Sometimes the issue isnt that you are eating too much and need to restrict, but that you arent eating enough and your body is holding onto as much as it can. Im trying to rework things so I feel better when I eat on the in between calories, because when I was pushing so many calories all of a sudden I often felt stuffed and yucky because of how full I was. I have found that eating and then walking helps a little with that. Unfortunately several people have commented on thinking gastroparesis might be a bit of my issue. Hoping not, but it is associated as a known common issue with other conditions I have. Will see if my doctor thinks I should do anything differently with that on my appointment on Wednesday.

395lbs to 150lbs all natural no surgeries dieticians personal trainer fail do.your own research calorie deficit does not work for insulin resistance and voluminous eaters i still have the same appetite i can eat more than a man i come from obese women not 😅200llbs 300+ if i do a deficit and go over 50grams of carbs i gain weight 3lbs in 2 days guaranteed so this does not apply to all.
