I had a friend just like him.. we went to Reno, NV for his 21st Birthday like 6 or 7 years ago.. where he had his 1st seizure in the middle of the night. My buddy, Skyler, kept having seizures and eventually had to have the growth in his brain removed in San Fran. He was OK for a while, but he kept having seizures even after surgery. He had to be on medication, he had his license revoked, couldn't work, many other restrictions on his life. He was a super independent person and it sucked just watching him go through everything he did, let alone going through it yourself. Last year, 2020, July 9th, he decided to cool off in the creek on his property.. by himself. His Dad found him and called his brother down. I wish I could have been there for him like I always was when he needed me most and vice-versa. I was supposed to hang out with him that morning.. couldn't get ahold of him and finally got ahold of his younger brother. I don't think I have to describe the rest, I really don't want to. I just miss my damn best friend. Thanks for reading..

@@ryanr9792 I am so, so sorry for your loss, my friend has epilepsy and it isn’t bad, but one day she tripped on something whilst having a seizure and had a full blown fit. I was very scared for the rest of the day. She is now ok.

Have you ever thought - wow, what a brilliant thing for SUMMER USE, driving along back country gravel / rutted, washboard, corrugated roads - to "float over" those corrugations as if they weren't there? I used to have me a Delica 4wd van (had it for 18 years) and it went anywhere I was game to take it, even into deep snow - without chains. I had always wanted to put tracks on it, but never had the cash. It's transmission died on me in 2019 so I don't have it any more. I hurriedly bought another - just as old vehicle (a "cheap" 2wd) as a get me there, but it lasted barely a year. Now I have me another 4wd but it's way newer and is an Outlander (a sports model SUV s/w car). Can't see the missus ever allowing me to put "tracks" on that - though what a hoot that would be eh?
