Two days after Christmas in 2010 REN’s friend Ella called him at 3:00am and said Joe is on the bridge and going to jump. He was having a tuff time after a few breakups with his girl. REN lived 10 minutes from the bridge and ran calling joes cell phone which was busy. That was a good sign, he was still alive and talking on the phone. REN kept dialing and a few minutes before he got to the bridge, Joes cell went out of service. REN was the first one to get to bridge and Joe was gone. They spent weeks looking for his body and the possibility he may not have jumped, which would be hard not knowing. They never found Joes body. Today, Ren presented $21,000 to the RNL, the search team who searched the water for Joe for days. Check out the video of him presenting the check, it’s pretty cool.

He also donated 8,500£ to Joe's parents, who bought an RV (and named it Joe, so he could be with them on their travels). Swaggy, I really like your attitude on everything you react to. You GET it. Yes, Ren is a cheatcode; but he's this generation's cheatcode, and I'm so happy to be here to watch him explode.

REN has been blowing up recently but I never knew who he was. Until the other day when he was on the news. Then the penny dropped hard. I knew who Joe was because we were in the same year in secondary school. I never became friends with Joe but knew him in passing and thought he was a decent guy. When the news broke of his disappearance it shook the local community and the rest of the island. There is still a feeling of disbelief that hangs around especially when joe is mentioned. R.I.P Joe gone but not forgotten.

The first part was from the end of Su!cide, it was a mash up of some of his songs. Freckled Angels was one of his albums dedicated to Joe. He sang this in Calgary in front of Joes parents 🖤

ok, ya asked for it, and normally , because its ok for me, I don´t talk much about loss and sui*cide ... grr... I slipped out my mothers womb in 1970, the sixth of may,. when i was 10, we missed a classmate in the morning. then our teacher came into our classroom and told us, that the father of our classmate committed.... when I was 18, one of my best friends hitted a Bus in his car. The busdriver ignored a red light. my friend and his mate were dead instantly, their two girlfriends at the backseat survived with nearly no bruises. ya may imagine, what impact this did in our companionship,. 5 jears later, the girlfriend of a good girlfriend of mine jumped on a train... and not the healthy way.n after the incident it came out, that the couple had planned, to pay the bill ... in 1998 my formerly best friend shot an overdose of hero*ne and we found him in the morning. 10 years ago my beloved girlfriend died from an overdose of alcohol. We still don´t know, if it was on purpos or accidentially. and last year my mother died, in the age of 80, in the night around 3 or 4 am, with the remote in her hands and until the day before, she was as fit as a fish in the sea. What I wanna say... no one chooses it. Death is a part of our lives as Birth. The capability to manage our emotions seems to been gone. Ren has, just like me, the words and courage, to talk about this part of our human existence. listen to him. he´s better in this than me. btw... mostly I´m fine, but who is always? ;-)

Lost two friends to suicide one when I was 14 he was told he could get high from putting Pam cooking spray in a bag and breathing it in we told him not to try it but when we left he did and died second one was depressed because of a girlfriend who dumped him we were 17 he went home and hung him self in the basement
