I know the agent that discovered him (Radar agency) and I promise you Nate has his hands in every part of his production (Lyrics, theme, sound, editing, videography, everything) he is a FULL STACK ARTIST! Since his album Mansion he basically created his own NF Cinematic Universe (intro 1 is connected all the way to the CLOUDS mixtape)

The reason it’s a recommended order is that their are Easter eggs from older songs that you will miss if you haven’t heard them yet. That being said you can enjoy his music in any order so do your own thing. This song was an assignment when he was in therapy after he had a breakdown. He turned the assignment into this song. You’re just taking what others think are the good songs and listening to them. And if you’re doing that I’d recommend Just Like you, drifting, and basically any and all songs on “The Search” album(cause there’s honestly not a singular song I don’t like on the album).
