Okay I'm going to share how he did this. I've watched all the podcasts he was in, and read all his threads about it. - He built multiple successful agencies in the last 15 years (this is the key part, most people think this happened in 1 year) - He is well connected to the good teams because of this one - He sold his latest agency, which was an 8 figure company - so he had cash in hand - He's enrolled in Sam Parr's networking group, an expensive and selective networking group. - He met with Sahil Bloom there. - Sahil has a reach of 2.5 million across several platforms, and he also had money from his Private equity days + newsletter business - They decided to team up, Hunter is building the teams/handling the operation while Sahil (who has access to every creator in the world) arranges the creator deals @@BironClark

Yeah… I’m not feeling this one too much. It just feels like “Try a bunch of crap until something sticks”. Been there, done that, and yes it makes some sort of progress but it’s much more of a shot in the dark than all your previous guests that had a unique factor to them that allowed them to leverage and build.

Yeah this whole productized service stuff doesn't make sense and it's just another way of saying "on retainer". Also the pricing doesn't even make sense. For example HeyFriends offers 20 hours of editing for 4000$/mo. That comes out to 200$/h which is way higher than even top editors go for. The model for all of his businesses is basically outsourcing editing work at an egregious price and creating 0 added value. I just don't see who the customer is here. He's either bullshitting about the numbers to eventually sell a course or people are actually dumb enough to overpay for these services.
@chrisprova2558

alot more goes into building a KZbin channel loll. Editing is just a piece of the equation . When you get to sell to audiences the size of Ali's the numbers make perfect sense. Youre just too small minded lmao. Makes sense tho since all u do is spend ur time playing league of legends lolllll

@cgarv101
@cgarv101 9 ай бұрын
I think a lot of productized services will end up going by the wayside once business institutes CGPT and all the other AI. Also, $10K for 6 finished videos/month is the very high end of the market. Mom & Pop and small biz is not paying anything near those rates. I too want to know how'd you get 14K subs w/no videos! Inquiring minds and all that sh&t! lol.

To price a yootube editing service for 10K/month is bullshiit. Why? Because for 10K I can hire a full-time filmmaker who brings his own equipment, edits and does everything else. Realisticly, depending on the location 5K per month will also get you a good full-time filmmaker to work on your project. I am not buying any of this, and neither should you. And no, I am not a hater. I work on projects with my business and know the industry.

entrepreneurship often requires adaptability, responsiveness to customer needs, and an understanding of the market. Ignoring feedback and market trends can lead to making products or services that no one wants or needs, ultimately leading to business failure. In reality, the best approach is usually to be open to feedback, willing to pivot when necessary, and deeply in tune with your customers' needs and market dynamics.
