Bogi hasn’t been a starter for 2 years so he didn’t lose his starting spot 🤦🏽♂️ I appreciate the pros for my hawks but do some research first

was Bogi meant to be in Dyson Daniels position?
@michaelcrespo2154Күн бұрын
There was no clear starter at the 2 with Murray's trade. However i highly doubt they were ever going to put bogi as the starter. He plays starter minutes abd often ends the games but hes a defensive liability. His role on this team best fits off the bench. Dyson started first game this season while bogi was healthy.

@@michaelcrespo2154 there was a clear starter, Bogi was most effective off the bench that’s where he was going to stay. When Huerter was here Bogi came off the bench that’s what’s best for the team

Chill out bro its gonna take a little bit for this guys outside atlanta to learn about the hawks

They juat haven’t been showing Hawks games on ESPN, so we haven’t been able to watch Dyson in Australia! The last game I saw was against Giddy and the Bulls. Loving these young guys supporting Trae! This can be a serious NBA team!

Dyson is exactly the type of guard that ATL was looking for to play next to Trae. Dejounte's D was not nearly as good as it was in San Antonio, nor as good as Dyson's has been this season so far. Not to mention that both Trae and Dejounte need the ball in their hands to function on offense, neither were capable of playing off ball and getting to their spot. It was like they took turns running a 4 vs 5 offensive attack. Both great players, they just didn't fit. I'm excited by what I'm seeing (even tho ATL is 7-8). Trae is pound for pound, inch for inch, the best facilitator in the game, so he's gonna produce the best versions of Dyson and Zacc.

I'd love to see Daniels win DPOY, but the fact that he is an on ball defender rather than a rim protector is going to make it very difficult for him.

I agree especially with wemby being in this convo (potentially as the nba’s next face) but 4 steals a game will definitely open some eyes!

I’m glad to see Dyson getting his opportunity to shine. He’s looking more confident with every game. First team all-defence is almost certain and if he continues on this trajectory he will be at the top of the list for most improved player.

Bogi was never gonna be a starter. Purely cause of defense. He's better at running the second unit (with Bufkin who is decent defender but isn't threat on offense)
