Not that long ago, I left a bottle of wine sitting on the base of my mom's tombstone. Mind you, she lead me directly to the kind she wanted. About a month later, my sister sent me a photo of the empty bottle laying on her tombstone (I live out of state) otherwise I would have replaced it. Anyhow, I became enraged at the level of disrespect. But soon calmed down and became fearful for the soul who did it. Bc, listen...😳🤦🏾‍♀️

Here in Brasil, folks leave offerings on crossroads, near creeks or rivers, on the beach, in the woods or wherever whoever they are offering to prefers and not even the dogs will touch them. No one touches them, there's special clay dishes with different foods, drinks, flowers, perfume, depends on which Orixa they are working with. It's a common part of Brazilian culture here, some folks will cross the street or step away so as not to step near or even look at the offerings so as not to upset the spirits. Definitely leave whatever is in a graveyard there!! Great story telling as always, I love your channel. Much gratitude to you for all your work and teachings and explanations.

I lost my mom in 2020. When I'm SUPER stressed, or in mental or emotional turmoil, she'll visit me in my dreams & sometimes she brings my great-grandmother that died on '09 & we'll laugh and talk the way we used to🥰 When I wake up, my thoughts/perspective are much clearer & I know how to proceed. Both of my great-grandparents once visited me in a dream so they could meet my son. I cherish all the time I have had & still get to have with my family.

I totally believe our relatives that have passed either hang around or just check in on us. My sister showed herself to me and a family friend a few months after she passed. We both froze, looked at each other for a moment with dropped mouths before looking back at her. She had the most peaceful look on her face and gave us a big smile like she was saying she was good before fading away. It did help a little that she showed us she was at peace after the way she passed. Another time after my mom passed, I could've sworn I felt my blanket being pulled further up over my shoulders in bed.

When my father passed in 1999 I’ll never forget the vivid most beautiful dream I had of him❤ He pulled up in a white car and stepped out wearing an all white suit and a beautiful beard and mind you my father never had a beard but he was just so peaceful and loooked goood because he was sick when he died 😢but he looked at me and said baby I’m alright and I woke up. I rarely dream of him and I really want to connect and talk to him more and see him again 😢

Interesting about not going to a graveyard empty handed... i think spirits do appreciate gifts. It just... is meaningful... i went to a cemetery for veterans not too long ago, to assist in cleaning headstones. Some of the headstones had coins stacked on top, or other gifts, and i made sure not to disturb them. I didn't realize the symbolism in the coins, but, just understood they should be left alone. Sometimes, when i visit a cemetery, i feel a heaviness, for all the lives there, but, whether it was me, feeling proud of my work, or, an appreciation for my attention to each headstone, i felt pretty happy that day

Now, I'm wondering if I took a spiritual offering. When I was 10 or 11, I was taking my 2 younger cousins to see the town parade on the next block over. Their aunt was there and gave them $5 each for the ice cream man then just walked right past me like I didn't exist. I was thinking how bad I'm gonna feel when they buy all they want ($5 could buy a lot back then), and me as the older child had nothing. As we were walking down the street, I saw a trail of change and picked it up, happy that I could now get something too. The aunt didn't care that I was without, but someone did and put that change in my path. But now I'm wondering if I took an offering, and that's why I always struggle as others prosper. It wasn't in or in front of a cemetery. It was maybe 100 ft before it but it's still close. But I hope not. I feel so bad thinking I might have.

7:53 hello Ms. YaYa, this isn’t about the video I just had to tell you that you are beautiful 🤩. As another brown sister my heart sings when I saw your face❤. No heavy makeup just simply beautiful.
