I fought Muay Thai since I was 7 years old homie. I’ve even gone to Thailand and trained with the Nak Muays up there and I can honestly say it doesn’t matter who or how big and strong you are, you get hit with a Liver Shot it shuts down some of you’re bodies functions and hurts unbelievably bad.
