I’m going to be honest: it makes me profoundly angry that a man who decided he’s a woman gets a $20k surgery paid for by the state because he was “disabled” when I had endometriosis that cause my organs to be LITERALLY STUCK TOGETHER and not even insurance would pay for my surgery. I’m not saying I want the state to have pay for my surgery, we did fine without, but there are people suffering from real, debilitating stuff, and they can’t get the help they need but taxpayers are paying for THIS GUY???? I can’t decide if I want to laugh at how stupid it is or cry.

Why would the cost if his surgery even be relevant in a claim for damages? The surgery wasnt perfomed by the roomate. The purpose of the surgery wasnt so he could have his nuts in his fridge. The purpose was to remove them from his body. That fact has not changed. If the roomate had somehow surgerically reimplanted them back in his body and "undone" the surgery, then in that situation he would need another 20 grand to get the surgery again. But thats not physically possible, that didnt happen. There was no damages. This is just a harassing abusive ex using the legal system to harass his ex some more.

As a Generation X guy, I can point out a satirical song from the 1990s that relates to the topic - "Detachable Pen-s" by "King Missile". It was a group for the type of "Grunge-Punk-Alternative" music of the time. The song was "sung" with deadpan lyrics - just basically the guy talking about his search for his you know what. It was a joke back then. Due to the content, sporadic alternative radio stations played it at night. But now it seems very real given how the culture has changed relative to that time. The state paid for this person’s surgery, yet I, a born female, had to pay out of pocket for my double mastectomy. The condition I had was so rare that there was no category for insurance to place it in. Therefore, they declined to cover the only known cure, a double mastectomy, and I had to borrow money to pay for it myself. Awesome… it’s been 5 years and I’m still paying for it.

Im an avid Court watcher and I saw this case and another of this deranged person Kingsley. This case actually took place in the state of Michigan, not California.
