My mom had cancer on and off for 14 years. In the early years it was so bad that she needed her leg amputated or the cancer would’ve killed her. The cancer then came back in different areas of her body over the next decade, and she went through treatment every time until eventually it got so bad and had spread so completely that she passed away a few years ago. During the entire ordeal, my dad did everything he could to make life as easy and stress free as possible for her. He never cheated, never left, never took a day off, always supported, always loved, till death parted them.

Listening to that gal go on about how free she is without family....this is what I thot of 😮‍💨 All these women that choose no connections, most will prolly find themselves very sick at some point with no one to drive them to chemo appointments... No one to offer a cool rag after throwing up again & again.... No one to sit with them while getting told its time for hospice... No one that loves them enough to help them die when the agony becomes too much to bear 😞 I work with seniors & the saddest thing I do is pretending to b family when a senior is getting a procedure that requires a driver & a carer afterwards 🥺 They r very grateful & pay me well 🤷 Mostly WAY more than I would ever ask for but that alone is solid proof that having family at the end of life is far more important than fun or money 🤷😞 I've heard that 50% or more of the females of child bearing age rite now, will reach menopause without having children 😮‍💨 We r going to run out of people to keep the lights on, houses built, hospitals staffed....the list goes on & on So freaking sad 🥺🥺🥺

My father was the same. My mom had major heath issues my whole life (I’m 24 now) and people have asked him why he stays with her. The last year or so of her life he was her personal care attendant, never leaving for more than an hour because of it. She recently passed away a few months ago, but while I never saw it be easy, I always saw him by her side!

@pickles_871 wtf is emotional cheating? You feel what u feel, just don't act on emotions that will cause harm and pain. Maybe you enjoy lying to yourself about how you feel, but a lot of human emotion is purely instinctual and near impossible to control. Don't love your child, don't be afraid of imminent harm, don't feel sadness after loss, don't get excited nearing what you've always wanted, don't lust or desire your crush... just because you were raised with a certain perspective on monogamy or fidelity, doesn't make it a universal consensus. Mormons marry extremely inappropriate ppl in my opinion, Muslims misogyny about partners, Jewish misogyny (in too many ways to list-orthodox stuff), and the worst of all Christian/catholic ridiculous perspective on divorce; try not "emotionally cheating" on a partner who is toxic and abusive that you can never leave... all are differing beliefs and valid for millions of ppl, even billions, but NOT ALL!!!!

They were using black people's pain to get donations. And this kept repeating everytime. So I got redpilled and 2 years later my politics changed and my world became more aware of the BS. Also the timing was perfect because I left college, living on my own and started paying bills. Then I start seeing the world I became more of a capitalist and got street smarts rather than college smarts aka indoctrination campus smarts. They also lied about the gender stuff and said black people supported it when I knew for a fact blacks of all kind where more religious and didn't. So my redpilling saved me from a life of anger and stress. It really changed my health.

I am proudly a stay at home mom. I prioritize my family, get to volunteer at my daughters’ school, serve at our church, help run the household. This was mine and my husbands dream and we worked hard to make it happen. When the conversation turned to the hypothetical “if the wife had cancer, it’s ok for a man to cheat”, literally my jaw dropped. I am ALSO proudly a cancer survivor. I had brain cancer in 2015 when my oldest was two. My husband was by my side through every appointment, procedure, surgery, chemo treatment, radiation plus cared for our daughter and kept the home together, with the help of family and friends. He is my rock and my support, through sickness and health. And I reciprocate that love, care and intimacy. THAT is a marriage. It saddens me to see these young women being brainwashed by our current society.

The problem is about 90% of people are not fit to be married. If you go back to biblical times, King Solomon, had multiple wives. Marriage was for transfer of wealth and legitimacy of children. Sex was provided by concubines after the children were conceived. The modern concept of marriage really doesn’t work, especially with the laws in place.

Multiple times, throughout the podcast, she kept saying "They would need a therapist... BUT NOT YOU!" to the "sex therapist". Like over and over. At the end of her segment, she left saying that she would "pray" for them and said she knew there was still time, and she could see the better side of them. If you are going to pray, just do it. Why say it? Because you want to establish yourself as the more moral being. You want to be on a pedestal. Candace that entire time was actually unglued in the podcast. This lady behind us bumped into our conversation and told us about how great her life was. She was in her thirties, no kids, nothing. If you want that life, cool, have that life, but I don't want it. "That" life? Why is generalizing so prevalent? Perhaps the convenience of not truly thinking- considering and reflecting that every being is an individual, and as brain-washed as the majority may be (following mainstream trends and generalizing most people as prompted to), we're all consciously or subconsciously figuring out living life. Because a person of a certain biological age doesn't desire to be a parent doesn't reflexively toss them into a category. And vice versa. These "categories" are comforting to an extent, but it's programming. Not design, like the "software" of a tree with its roots and branches and leaves working or harmonizing synergistically with the sunlight and on and on and on. It's programming, which is conditioning, check out Ivan Pavlov with training obedient dogs; the parallels to human beings and the vibration or pitch of their device (phone/computer in watch etc) is disturbingly similar.

@laurenelizabeth2505 When I ment "That" life, I ment the life she was living. I don't care how you live, I don't care if you are a working mom or at home mom. I don't care about that, but I do care when you force it on others. There's a difference between talking about it and forcing, and this lady was forcing it on me. Working and not having kids may work for her, but it doesn't for me. If you want to work while you have kids (or no kids) great, you are happiest that way, and that's what matters

She wasn't telling anyone the truth she was like Satan accusing them, telling those ladies they are irredeemable. She said repeatedly that they won't be able to overcome their past and that no one will ever want to marry them. According to her they are unworthy forever tainted by their sin, and I guess men are perfect and deserve perfect wives? HMM Last I checked all men have sinned and no one deserves a perfect spouse. So that wasn't the truth that was a lie based on her self righteous attitude. I highly doubt she was a virgin on her wedding night so how again is she any better than these ladies? She thinks because her "sin" isn't "as bad" that she has a right to judge them and tell them lies that they cannot be redeemed? That is not Christ like at all. Jesus was friends with prostitutes and tax collectors. Jesus saved the adulterous woman from being stoned by the Pharisees. Jesus did not come to condemn but to save. If she had the love of Christ she would tell them the truth which is that they can be saved regardless of whatever sins they have and that she is no better than them. I can't stand fake self righteous Christians. So many people dislike Christians and they don't get the message of Christ because of people like Candace who do nothing but mock and judge.

I don’t understand this ideology especially considering people base their beliefs on emotions all the time like example even though religion might endorse slavery we all still widely accept that it’s wrong to control and hurt other people based on emotion. We all make interpretations of books, constitution, religion, ect on emotion to… then those become laws. The Bible is against murder so woudlnt the death penalty also be considered imoral? Why do so many Christans agree with it then?

I struggle to understand how a person cannot tell right or wrong without religion. To me it comes off as not being able to think for yourself? Like I dont need to follow guidelines or lessons from the bible to be a kind person or care about or help other people. I do things just because we’re all human. Its just weird to me. And often times I find that religious people are always the craziest because they NEED that judgement of a higher power to keep them in line, otherwise they’ll just snap and do some crazy shit or something. Of course Im generalizing here, but I just dont get it

@zontzooit2415 because despite what the OP claims, conervstive morality is not based on the Christian faith or the Bible, it is in fact based on emotion. The old testament lists many things Christians are not supposed to do, but they ignore many of them. For example you weren't supposed to wear clothing with two types of material in it, yet if you look in the closet of any hard line pro life evangelical, odds are you'll find something with a cotton poly blend, but that's not a hot button issue people will get emotional about, so they conveniently ignore those ones and focus on say, gay marriage. Modern Ameeican evangelical Christianity is not genuine Christianity.

@11:40 Part of being proud to not have children is a response from people telling childless/childfree people that life isn't complete without kids. This is a childless person showing that they can have a fulfilling life without kids and that they are happy. As an older male without kids I get comments about the fact that I don't have kids but meanwhile I'm living my best life and I'm happier for it. I also know I wouldn't make a good father but that goes against the narrative of the societal norm of having a family.

Women like Brett and Candace have literally changed my life. Recently I've been totally reinventing my own womanhood and how I view femininity and how to value that about myself. I don't want to be the kind of woman that men spend their time with, maybe date for a little while. I want to be the kind of high-value woman that someone will want to marry one day. I'm only sad I had to learn this in my early twenties rather than just knowing it throughout my younger years. I suppose you have to struggle through in order to know what truly is the right way. I can only hope it's not too late and I can make the change necessary to have the marriage that I want. Through it all, I've managed to find my way back to Christ and His love and I can only aspire to build a life and a family in His image. A devoted husband and amazing children, living our lives for God. Thank you Brett, truly.

But some people just can’t find a good man to settle down and have kids with though even though they may want to. Women are shamed and feel bad about it everyday. I don’t understand what’s so controversial about a woman saying “hey I don’t have the husband and the kid, but I’m happy now too because I can do all these things”. The reason why she’s being public about it is pretty good too - so women in her position don’t feel like they are damaged because society tells them that everyday. Me being married almost 30’years with 19 year old twins is definitely something you grow into. It’s not something that just happens instantaneously. These are transitions that occur as you grow and mature. I'm 36 single with no kids and I have to still get up and go to work on Saturdays. So obviously just cause you're single and childless doesn't mean you don't have responsibilities. There's nothing wrong wanting to be a mother but also nothing wrong with not. There are pros and cons to both and it's about what you want.
@hzuiel
@hzuiel Жыл бұрын
There are always people that are outliers. The problem is in "movements" convincing vast swathes of society that something that is bad for them, or that they want one thing when their biology tells them something completely different. It results in craziness from people denying their true selves until they finally can't anymore, and then they try to undo the bad choices in their life which may or may not work. If a woman finally gives up the charade and realize you want children when you're like 48, uhh, too bad. An expensive adoption would be your only option. Basically kids should just be alerted to what they already see around them, realities of the norm for our species, and to be conscious of this when deciding what they want to do with their life and how they plan it out. It can be very hard to know what you want also when you've never experienced it. I was fairly certain I wanted children, but my wife thought she didn't want children, neither of us had a really firm notion one way or another. Then my wife got pregnant, and she was afraid she wouldn't be motherly, she wouldn't have the instinct, and worrying she wouldn't like the baby. All the way up until the moment he popped out, and suddenly she was 100% in love with a little infant and wants more. Wonders why we didn't have kids sooner. It's entirely possible you genuinely would not like kids, and that's fine, but it shouldn't really influence anyone else's personal decision making when that is not true of the vast majority of the population. " There are pros and cons to both and it's about what you want." This is true but I do think part of growing up is realizing it's not all about what you want, we do derive a lot of our satisfaction in life from contributing to others. Being something to other people, friend, family member, parent, mentor, etc, is what gives most of us meaning in our lives. Most people will be missing out on a lot if they are making decisions purely on what they want in the moment. Our modern lifestyle is new, and it obviously comes with many perils like suicide, depression, and many other negative things despite living in what seems like probably the best time ever to be a human on earth in terms of the possibilities of what you can achieve and availability of resources. I would argue we can still have a modern progressive/progressing society while maintaining culture and heritage and the average person would be far happier, less of negative consequences.

At the end of the day it is your decision, I'm not here to judge you. However it's about more than just yourself, if you choose yourself over starting a family that's selfish and wrong. It just is, I'm not meaning to be rude. I understand not everyone can have kids and that's why adoption is great, it's never to late to think outside of yourself and help a child in need. Family is by far the most rewarding thing in life you can ever have, but like I said the choice is yours. It's not my place to tell you how to live, I'm just saying this to point out what life could be for anyone in the mindset of being okay with being single with no kids. As the saying goes all kids deserve parents, but not all parents deserve kids. Some people don’t have the financial standing to support others or lack the mental stability. Personally I do want kids and family one day, but still I don’t think it’s selfish to live for yourself if you don’t see yourself having kids at all.

BUT... The Old Testament proves that multiple wives is a functional option...🤔 if ur a reader of the Word at least. Even if ur not, it's still a bit of a historical document 🤔🤷 Even our biology speaks to men & women's very evident differences. I'm 50 & completely post meno & there r many women that go thru it even earlier. Most men have a strong libido far past 50. Maybe reduced but still there. Menopause ENDS any interest n intimacy for a great many of us 🥺 Now that I'm here, it's a subject of interest to me & I ask many of my contemporaries about it. So so SO many r in crisis with their relationships cuz the women have NO interest & often feel very guilty & the men feel neglected & unloved. My own husband left me at the onset of menopause after 30 years 😮‍💨 My point is that bringing a new & yonger woman n2 a marriage after 20 years or so CAN have benefits. I wish this had been an option for my marriage 🙏 I would have welcomed the domestic help & the relief of the guilt of my husbands unwilling abstinence 🥺 I still made myself available to him but it was painful 😖 & no matter how well I pretended to b into it, he could tell & would stop. I understand that this is prolly a result of the Adamic curse but it's still EXTREMELY unfair & hurts everyone involved 😞🥺😮‍💨

As a 38 year old single woman, I find the western point of view to single hood very funny. Single hood does not only mean waking up at 10 am and not being bothered about kids, it depends upon your perspective. So you still can dedicate your life to a cause. In east from where I am from even if you are single or committed it does not make an ounce difference because there is no chauvinism attached to it. It’s a choice sometimes personal sometimes circumstantial.

2:54 I completely agree, Candace being very kind and compassionate with how she is approaching speaking to that woman even if it may come off as hurtful. Far too many people think that kindness and compassion are just about not hurting someone's feelings and that could not be further from the truth, sometimes the kindest thing you can do is to tell someone that they are deluding themselves because you care too much to see them just aimlessly walk off that proverbial cliff, even if they find what you're saying as "rude" at that moment

However, I was unfortunately lonely and so I made due and treated them all with respect and kindness for almost 2 years. At one point religion came up and they found out I was Christian. I was immediately bullied and and cast out by these kids. They started treating me horribly as if the last 2 years never happened. I don’t understand what’s happening with this generation but being a Christian is getting ridiculously difficult.

Literally I agree with you. Like… even the talk about the cross in the video. It sadly lost it’s meaning to so many people. But don’t give up :”), you’re never alone. It must be hard but there are many people such as myself who still try to believe and be better. We sure shouldn’t be arrogant and not give others a moment to speak but I can’t.. stand how as Brett also said, that Christian’s have become the laughing stock in this society. Just because of some stereotypes in the religion and what not. Made to be seen as awful when it’s not if you find meaning into it. Being in a religion, helps you build core values and have respect for yourself and others as well as getting some sort of discipline in the mindset. But really, just hope you’re doing well. The others just sadly don’t understand and I don’t wish for them to certainly become Christians but I just wish they find their own better path in life 😭

Just for a totally different perspective on the issue of the single girl with no children and no husband, I am married I am a stay-at-home wife , my father had cancer, I was his caretaker, he passed and I'm grieving ...but I can't have kids and right now I'm at the stage of accepting it and her video and videos like hers do help to remind me that there are other things for women out there besides just being a mother. That I don't have to beat myself up and regret the rest of my life that my body won't do what other women's will, and it doesn't make me any less of a woman. My husband has also fully accepted it and is happy actually about it, because he likes our life the way it is. As I said, some days I do still struggle with it, but things like that remind me that my life is actually good the way it is and I should be thankful. The lady who is bragging about not having kids is obviously trying to make herself feel better because she actually wants kids, but good on her for trying not to have "the grass is greener on the other side" mindset. It doesn't matter what side of life you're on. It is so hard not to look at people around you that have things differently and think "must be freaking nice"

Right! That was my thought. My husband and I haven't been able to have kids (yes, we've tried, still are) and it makes me feel better a little to enjoy the lack of extra responsibility, watching parents dealing with cranky or misbehaving kids and saying at least I'm not giving to put up with the not so great side of having sweet little munchkins running around!

So when people who are happy with their life choices and post about it it means the opposite? So wait.... when married couples post about their happy lives it's.... fake? Damn. That's presumptuous. It's so annoying how people falls in line with this mentality of oh if they post about being child free they MUST be miserable. It's always the women. A guy can post having a happy child free and recieve minimal backlash, but dammit women must breed to be happy or else recieve the wrath of society😂

@@Space4Me It's called overcompensation and yes it happens with guys too. That's why it's a trope of the guy who buys a big truck because he has something else that's small. The people who are truly happy don't try this hard to convince the world that they are happy. They just live with joy and the people around them see that they are indeed happy. This woman is trying to convince herself and others because she is obviously not happy.

Glad we're getting to see both culture respond to OnlyFans more honestly and people like Candace responding to the girls with empathy and trying to help them get out of it.

I’m very sad if you thought she displayed empathy. You have been horribly mistreated in life. She was a self-righteous condescending bully.

Candace Owens made some great arguments; however, I saw no empathy whatsoever. If you see the full episode she can barely look them in the eye. But I don't fault her for that.

@RealSigmaQueen speaking truth and being brutally honest is a bully? She was being empathetic. And those girls who make those choices in life are delusional to think a respectable man would want to marry them
