Mostly BS. Especially out of AEP. No discussion of Shots fired in the ghettos, bed bugs on shoes from trailer parks or other hazards of DSNP. AEP is when most production happens, and is possible but barely. Reality is 25% of what he describes is the truth at least in my Midwest market.
