Cassidy, you're such an inspiration and my new role model in the insurance business(sorry Cody)! I'm in training to get my own office for a captive agency and while I'm excited to learn and progress, I'm also a business lover and entrepreneur by nature. Seeing your journey gives me such inspiration that I can progress in my path, my journey and also my other business ventures. This video made my day! Thank you Cody for bringing great content as always

@@cassidyarbeli How hard was it to walk away from a $5 million book? 🥴
@cassidyarbeli2 жыл бұрын
@@johnnycastaneda2371 At first very ver very easy. I had to stick to my integrity or I couldn't sleep at night and I was very excited about the potential of what I was moving into. However in hindsight and to be completely transparent I could have continued to milk that book for months even years until it became nothing. But at the same time I think about all those customers and still know that I did the right thing! I am so much happier and in a better financial and time freedom position than I was so it was worth it all.

I am literally taking a pay cut to go independent. Commissions are not higher on the independent side. Just more options especially in Florida. To write as much as you are in NV is wild premiums are so low.

Awesome is that around 2.5 policies a week? What’s the average commission for a commercial lines policy and is she getting referral as leads? Thanks
@cassidyarbeli3 жыл бұрын
Commercial lines can be anywhere from 20-10%. The number of policies depended on month. Avg for us is 10 a week. We used to do 30-50 a week to make the same revenue. All our business is 100% referral based.

Sad that in Vegas you have to ‘know’ someone. Thats such a garbage place. In Asia, knowing someone doesn’t mean squat. Everybody is on equal ground. So in Vegas, if you don’t know anyone, you have to just die? Pathetic..

Some captive companies do give you equity but you can only sell it to someone who will stay within that company. Ex. Allstate to Allstate.
