When you say she cash flowed 75k in July, is that before or after expenses? Good either way but one is better than the other.

@@mkroos9729 Thank you for responding. It helps a lot of agents realize what reality can (and likely will) be. My previous IMO talked about written AP and not Issue/paid. They would tell us that we'll write 1k for every $100 we spend on leads. It's not that some agents didn't see these numbers but the new agents didn't. Seeing real numbers is refreshing for many because they feel lost and lied to by their IMOs. It would also help them to know what kind of time commitment that took. Many don't understand the time put into the job behind the scenes. They think they can work 10 hrs a week and make 100k a year. I'm not saying it hasn't happened but it's not likely unless they are focusing entirely on efficiency.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.
