Great. I really appreciate the tips on experimenting with headstand/headbridge 'walking' . They look really helpful for filling in proprioceptive gaps and overcoming fear of falling. I'm going to go right ahead and use the wall along with it as I move towards my lifetimes ambition of a back walkover.... at 53.

@@CoachSambo Coach, I just dedicated a video to you and Kit Laughlin ( of Stretch Therapy fame) it's called QDR Rotational as Physiotherapy and is on my channel. It is very long and boring but it is rigorous and fun and healing too. I did not ask for permission to use your name so let me know if you'd like me to take it down.
