These guys are complete idiots. I feel your pain. I'm currently going through the same thing on a different vehicle. I'm dealing with chase on this. Stay far away from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I am seeing a lot of people commenting negatively about these guys with similar experiences. Now I am about to deal with these lowlifes on an LED bulb that doesn't work. Law enforcement should raid their operations and force them out of business. Anyone can take a dump in a box and put a lifelong guarantee on it and then sell it to unknowledgeable people at a valued price point. If there is class action on these so-called experts, let me know. I want in.

Headlight Experts are the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. The reviews (tons) speak for themselves and I am sure you have already experienced it! I bought both FOGLIGHT (885) and HEADLIGHT LED's from them. The foglight ones lasted 1 year before LED's blew out. I contacted them to get a replacement underwarranty. I would have to pay to have them sent, AND pay to have the one ones sent to me in Canada. OR pay like 1/2 price and get NEW updated ones. I decided to go with the updated ones and paid the extra... Then charged the shipping to me Then sent me HEADLIGHT BULBS instead... Contacted them and I had to send them back (I had to pay), they replaced and I had to pay to have the new ones sent to me in canada. I get them and they are the WRONG BULBS AGAIN.. They sent me 880 instead of 885. Contacted them again and they refused to send the RIGHT ones until I sent back AGAIN these other WRONG BULBS! These 880 bulbs also have no insulation on the end by the plug, just 2 THIN WIRES that will EASILY JUST BREAK! I decided to just grind my foglight assemblies to accept the 880's. 2 years later (2022) my Foglight bulbs break down. One fan is sounding like a GAZOO!!) COntact them and they again tell me the same thing (send back defective and they will test and send replacement). I told them to send 880 now since the invoice says 885 but since they sent the 880 (i now have modified my foglight assemblies). Again, I had to pay for the replacements and get them TODAY. They sent me the correct 880 HOWEVER 1 IS CLEARLY USED!!!!! The gasket is got dirt specs all over it, thin grease film on it, and worst of all, FULL of SCRATCHES AND DEEP GOUGES AND CHIPS broken off. And after all that they put me thru, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAVE THEY SAID SORRY. HEADLIGHT EXPERTS = ZERO, ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIFIC BBB ratings, FULL of video's online, articles, the reviews outright calling them SCAMMERS.... TONS of FURIOUS CUSTOMERS..

At least you will recover some money. I'm out the entire cost because they said that since I installed them they can not be returned. I was hung up on, and when I called back, I said someone hung up on me, and before I could go any further the guy on the phone tells me, "that's what we do when ignorant customers call!" Needless to say, I blew a gasket and we ended up screaming obscenities at each other. After about 30 seconds of this I finally just hung up! So, I emailed their BS customer service and reported what had happened. They told me that they had no control over their third party contractors, WTF???? They work for you! This company has got to be the biggest bunch of shysters I've ever seen! Please don't do business with these ass whipes!

I am seeing this video and consistent bad reviews on trustpilot about these guys, only after placing an order for an expensive HID kit. Sorry to hear about your ordeal and thank you for sharing your experience. I need to wait and see how it goes for my order.

Luck of the draw. I have have done business with this company and they are awesome. I had a ballast go out and they replaced it once and replaced a bulb for free. No questions asked. I have the high and low beams on my truck, no issues whatsoever. Sorry you feel that way about them. Like I said, luck of the draw.

What I find concerning there is no video on installation of all bulb types just one stock bulb. Mine is not on youtube. Instruction pamphet is ridiculous. Its on a label of receipt.

I'm in a battle with these guys right now .Ordered leds for my jeep ,the high beam indicator no longer works in the dash with them installed works fine with old bulbs. Ha they told me they fit and work with every jeep. Won't send RMA for me to send back.

Well if they fit, and work, without at least installing and videoing a different manufacturers LED bulbs illuminating the high beam indicator, there's no way in hell these scammers are going to do anything for you. Hell, even with PROOF that it's those bulbs, I guarantee you they will say it's your jeep, not the bulbs. These guys are scum.

I just ordered mine for h11b bulb. pretty sure theyre gonna be great. Idk how this guy ordered the wrong bulb...

They assured me that I didn't have any problems with the H15. Error code, the high beam and day light flashes one after the other. They know it doesn't work in the sprinter but still selling it and charging 20% restaking fee affter blaming custumer for it.

I just got mine in the mail. Pretty slow shipping, but were easy to install, and so far perform as advertised. Can't complain as long as they hold up.

I have their emails I also have video of their cheap chinese parts. Wired wrong from the word go. The incorrect wiring blew the ballasts. Instead of trusting more cheap Chinese parts, they gave the same shit responses. Their parts are inferior and their customer service is a straight up abortion.
