YES FINALLY, i love the smaller lights and have been looking at the diode dynamics fog that are the double chip. Hopefully it at least points me in the right direction.

As long as you heat shrink the auxbeam it will be fine. Ive had them for years on my rig, they have been through snow, been fully submerged, and worked hard.

I’d you connect them right, yeah, you can reliably connect the wires. But the output is still worthless and most will probably not connect it with heat shrink, solder, or splice a connector.

Much easier to buy pod lights that are ready to go out of the box 👌🏻

Awesome video, adding combos to my rig is the next step so this video helps me out and being able to see the different types of beam patterns is very helpful too. How far away is that intersection during the combo beam testing? I was going for the Diode SS2 combos but seeing how the 2Bangers are doing even with the NCS I am going for those now. If light out put is very usable on the NCS, I don't need to spend the extra hundred bucks for the HXB. Just hard to exactly tell with camera settings, monitor settings ect.

I personally dont have any personal experience with a lot of brands, so I find some stuff hard to believe some times. First, I always see a trend of Morimoto being a top dog in your videos and Rigid being left almost last... some times right along with the cheap chinesse knockoffs. So, I have to say... untill I get to confirm the quality of Morimoto against 2 other tried and true brands (kc and baja designs) I see your videos like a huge comercial for morimoto. Please, do an uncut part of you guys hooking up to the same power source both lights (lets say a morimoto and a Baja designs
@HeadlightRevolution11 ай бұрын
These pods are all connected to the same power source! We just display what we find in our testings - both Baja and KC are still top contenders when it comes to the off-road pod light game.

@@HeadlightRevolution after some deep investigation on all products from Morimoto and lots of video comparissons done by regular non sponsored and non product selling people... now I have to believe in the brand. I'm sorry, but for a relatively new brand to putperform names like KC, Baja designs and Rigid (yes, rigid has been very lazy lately). Well, it is hard to believe it. For someone like me it sounds like they are investing a lot in purchasing the opinions of reviewers and sellers. But now I am a believer. One question though. How would you compare a 4 bangger light bar to a gravity pro 6 light bar? I mean, I wouldn't change a KC gravity lightbar for a big banger one (I find it ugly), but a 4 banger looks quite nice. In terms of power consumtion and usable light output (mainly reach).
@DynamicJourenys10 ай бұрын
Individually the 4banger out preforms the pro6 single light. It's safe to assume MORIMOTO has the whole show under their thumb now, considering BD and Rigid don't publish their specs, it make sense most of the other brands outpreform. w@@69sound81
