Add some style and added safety to your Mustang with these aftermarket headrests, available in all original factory colors. On top of this, you'll notice some extra comfort from the four position ratchet, which allows you to adjust the headrest perfectly for you.
Installation is made simple by an easy and true bolt-on process, with no cutting or welding required. The first step in installation is to remove the seat back and secure the bracket to the top with the included hardware. Take a pick and carefully make two holes in the seat upholstery, as shown in the video by Bill. Then, install the plastic inserts and put the headrest into place through the inserts. Total installation takes around an hour per seat.

When you use the two top holes for the bracket bolts that used to have seat back clips how does the seat back stay attached at the top??

They will only work on 65-67, the 68 is different.
