thank you. im feeling very anxious at the moment and im opening up to my boyfriend about me having an anxious attachment and i just told him its okay if he wants to break up and this audio is just helping me keep calm. thank you

Opening up to another about anxiety and anxious attachment can be scary and can trigger more anxiety. Please know that you are so brave for taking the step to open up and be vulnerable with your partner. Yes, it through the process of repetition that new thought patterns and neural pathways are created 😌 did you try listening with headphones at a low volume while lying down?
