This fact that you tell us in the begining of this video relates long term pain mechanism that I think. So sometimes I try to write my brain thinking on my note or memo pad. We can throw this paper, after that get refresh feeling.

Great video, Jenny. Striving to have a better relationship with food. For me, I can’t eat when I’m anxious or stressed which is quite often and takes a pretty big toll on my body. Rely a lot on protein shakes for nutrition.

Ya. That’s where I have my patients schedule their meals and snacks. So even when they’re not hungry, they’re getting the nutrition.
