What is meant by surrender to wholeness?

Seriously, for people who have no concept of what this means, basically it means nothing. I've tried to meditate on wholeness and nothing happens

Been meditating about 5 months. Becoming no-thing…. Stuttering for 63 years. Thank you for this share…. More work to do. Surrender to the wholeness. The quantum. Cause already not a stutterer. Wow. Thank you Steve

How amazing is this! Steven knew he had more work to do and didn't doubt the process. Rather he surrendered. This has encouraged me so much. as I continue to do the work. Thank you, Dr. Joe, for these wonderful retreats.

I used to stutter and took me years to realize it had to do with lack of confidence and I healed it without Joe's work but I was doing similar work that Dr. Joe teaches. But now it is a whole other level with Dr. Joe! I love how he said he focused on allowing his Energy field to do what it wants to do!! THAT'S Surrendering!

@@tomasr3199 I been doing chakra meditations for years which puts energy into the solar plexus for relaxation and confidence and the throat center of course. The one I did was much shorter like 10 mins a day. I would also practice using my voice alone especially for Instagram. Talking to people who are of like mind helped AOT bc you're sharing what you're passionate about. Another , key is finding something you feel passionate about. It'll translate into normal everyday conversions. Of course getting good rest and food is helpful bc your body needs energy. Mental rehearsal practicing what you're going to say slowly and with different tones before talking to someone. Use your voice with different tones. So I used a combination of things that grew my confidence. Your voice is powerful it creates vibrations. I also use chanting or humming one tone. I hope this helps on your journey!🫶🏼

i studied physics and was a very analytical person. also i stuttered and was autistic. still i do believe in every word of that guy as i experienced something very similar and now i can talk fluently and have lots of friends. what helped me a lot is the full body scan meditation of the fearless men here on youtube, the videos about social anxiety of thomas smithyman here on youtube, as well as starting to do partnerdancing, learnin to read out loud while (forcefully) feeling emotions and recording it, and all of the videos here on youtube from the behavioral arts and enigma about body language

One thing, I can't understand. Dr. Joe talks about the important sentence "same choices always lead to same behaviour". These days, I am suffering from severe dry eyes and I am trying to heal my disease with the help of Dr. Joe Dispenza work. The thing I wanna ask from community that should I stop using lubricating eyes drops if I am doing the Dr. Joe work. I think that if I use eye drops, I am in my past. Am I right? Please guide me about this thing. I am confused.

Hi - I have a question relating to intentions, maybe one of you fine people will have the answer : ) I am reading 'Becoming Supernatural'. In the section where Dr Joe discuss how to practically make / use an intention - it's the part where he gives the example of how his son got a new job - he gives a list of several intention classifications eg Job, Affluence, Health etc. They are all pretty self explanatory however there is one that I am sure what it means. It is called "Genius mind". Does that mean the ability to learn a special skill that one wishes to acquire eg quickly learn a a language(s)? By the way I really recommend the book
