Healing can finally begin

When things fall apart, I've always found there is freedom on the other side. If you move slowly through your pain, it hurts more. I'm no longer reluctant to dive into the next scary thing because I know the faster I move through it, the less destructive it will be.

Totally exactly what I'm feeling like man. Just getting better everyday. It's ok. Evolving is good. Of course it's a good thing. You shouldn't focus on problems but how you can solve them in a positive way it what matters now. It's beautiful. Of course I fell outta elignment. But the right people will follow. The right people will love the way you have been in love with yourself. It's not a bad thing. You are doing what you think is right.

Yeah sometimes you do have to fall apart. And that was me. When I was falling apart and nobody was available,I chose to do what's good. What we call good. Good for my health. Good for my mentality. Everything man. It's freaking an amazing feeling

We just have to let these people ride their own waves, and explore their own energy in whatever way they choose… even though it hurts. They’ll seek out your advice again when they are ready for this particular level of depth that you’re offering. One day, the tribe will body surf these waves back to shore and the tribe will reconnect once more. I’m thinking of making a second journal soon - about me speaking of how I’m dealing with these new emotions since willing to be more vulnerable. Before that though I am resting my voice and spending some conscious time in silence. Also, about losing and gaining followers: this is a reason why I made a new account. With the new instagram account I’ve only noticed that people aligned with where I am at in my own journey are following. This may not work for you, with what you want to do with your account, but I have already started to see the benefits of doing this. Peace to you, brother 🌻
