Healing a chronic illness can feel so overwhelming at times. There are only so many hours in the day and there are still so many things we have to do. Thank you Rushella! It definitely is possible. I feel like we can get a little bit low on hope when we're trying to heal because we get let down so often - things can change really quickly once everything is aligned. xxx

Hi Alshifaa, thanks. From my experience Fibromyalgia has a big emotional component which is often overlooked. When I got calm, out of anxiety, released anger, grief, overwhelm and traumas my pain went. It sounds crazy right? But there is a huge mind body connection in pain conditions like Fibromyalgia. ❤️❤️❤️

I always try to journal or write things down i'm grateful for but it always last for like three days and then i won't do it for a couple of days and i'll just never get around to it again lol

Hi Sjoerd! I used to forget to do my gratitude journal too! I sometimes think that being disappointed with ourselves for not doing something is worse than not doing it! 😀 🥰🥰🥰

Hi Shamila, I did two things - I worked on my emotional stress because that was really contributing to my health issues and I adopted Medical Medium for my diet and supplements. Those two things worked for me after years of trying so many things. The crucial part for me was stress, my nervous system was constantly in fight or flight and that was putting pressure on my adrenals and because adrenals and thyroid work together my thyroid was not able to function properly. Medical Medium was good to follow for the diet, high in nutrients so my body could rebuild - his book Thyroid Healing is a great place to start. I hope that helps. xxx

@@rachelAO Thank you for sharing. Am new to it started a week ago. Fiber is a problem for me I have to juice in batch to nourish my body. Learn the lemon hack from save a lot if time in the kichen everyday.
