Omg thought I was looking into a mirror 😲 Went thru a break up a lil more than a year ago too. My stages were exactly the same as yours! Grief and overwhelming sadness (thought I’d never be ok again), then anger, then self love (gym, self care) and self realization. This vid was soooo relatable in so many ways! Wish I had this to watch a year ago haha but nonetheless, I am now much stronger and happier!

i totally agree w the stages of a breakup you mentioned. i went through a breakup from a 4 year relationship like 2 years ago and i remember the first stage - i legit felt that pain in my stomach, i couldn’t even bring myself to eat. but that breakup made me learn so much self love and i branched out and grew so much 💛

I may not be the Noti Squad, but I'm definitely here 😌. This video is relatable. I think for me in stage 2, I didn't get bitter at all because the other person made it easier to move on. I was sorely disappointed. I cried, yes, but I was disappointed. I then refound the value in myself and where I can improve on myself. So I'm glad that I took accountability into my account. I've moved on though.

Tip 1 is so true. My partner is still friends with his ex because he mentioned that they broke up on good terms. They’re still friends on social media too. Sometimes it’s gets annoying knowing that.

There are 2 different feelings when it comes to break up, the dumper’s and the dumpee’s. U are describing the dumpee’s and it is always much more painful for the dumpee. But regardless, time does heal all wound. If someone doesnt value you, dont ever ever devalue yourself,this is the most imperative.

My biggest mistake with my last breakup was leaving the door opened and hoping we would get back together. We saw each other on and off for the first year and a half and it was horrible, because it never ended at anything. And everytime I tried to leave, she always managed to come back into my life. It ended up being toxic for me, but I blame myself. The last straw was when we had a patch where we were seeing each other again (we even spent my birthday together), and a few weeks later I found out she was seeing someone else all that time. It felt like the wound opened up again, so I had to suffer once more. Thankfuly now I'm very happy and at peace with everything.
